Buying party supplies online with Fabulous Partyware is safe and secure. You can place an order on our website and your payment details will be processed with PayPal direct card processing services via SSL (Secure Socket Layer) which encrypts data entered in the forms online, therefore entering your card details is secure and safe. Fabulous Partyware does not store your card details or have access to any card details for security reasons. We will not share any of your details with 3rd parties

Buying party supplies from our online party shop is at your convenience. Our website is open 24/7, 365 days a year, so you can shop at any time on any day of the year. Our retail shop in Lechlade is open 9.30-4pm on weekdays and 9.30-12.30pm on Saturdays.

Party supplies delivery charges and timescales
Fabulous Partyware will pack and then deliver any party items ordered online to the delivery address supplied when submitting an order. When your partyware is dispatched, you will receive email notification. If you have registered online you will be able to track your partyware order via your ‘My Account’ area.
A supplement will be charged for party supplies delivered outside UK mainland.

Updating my details
You can change your contact details online if you have previously registered. You can do this by logging in and navigating to your ‘My Account’, then ‘My Details’.
Deliveries outside UK
We can ship your partyware to European and most worldwide destinations. Please note that delivery times will be longer for non-UK mainland addresses. More on party supplies delivery charges.
Returns and refunds
If you are unfortunate enough to receive your parcel damaged or any goods are faulty, you must contact us within 2 working days from receipt of your order, by email: firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 01367 358060 Mon-Fri 9am-5pm excluding bank holidays. This does not affect your statutory rights. A refund will be issued for faulty goods.
In the event that you decide to cancel your order, please ensure you return the item/s to us within 5 days of receiving your goods and return them to us unused and unopened. We will then issue you a refund for the goods only (excluding original postal costs).
Please note: We are happy to pay return postage charges if the product is found to be faulty. Please use Royal Mail second class service and we will reimburse these costs to you. Please ensure you pack the items securely to avoid any damage to the returning items, therefore we recommend you obtain a ‘certificate of posting’
